Loyola purchased the entire building previously occupied by Hamilton’s in 2012, following Hamilton’s closure on Oct. Hamilton’s was part of the Edgewater community for 80 years after opening their doors in 1933, The Phoenix reported. and plan to open their doors before the fall semester is over. Porkchop Restaurant and Bar will be the new tenants at 6341 N. For the last four years, the property previously occupied by Hamilton’s Bar and Grill and Bar 63 has remained vacant.
